Citizenship services
Applications for proof of Canadian citizenship from Iraq must be submitted to the Embassy of Canada to Jordan, in Amman (either in person or by mail).
- In person: By appointment only. Complete your citizenship application before booking an appointment ensure that you bring original copies of all required documents to the appointment.
- By mail (preferably registered courier services for tracking purposes): In order to avoid delays that can be caused by incomplete applications, make sure to follow the instructions on the application form carefully, as any errors or missing information will result in the application being returned without processing.
