Notarial services
The office provides the following notarial services, by appointment only, to Canadian citizens and, in limited cases, to non-Canadian citizens if the documents are intended for use in Canada.
Note: Documents must be in English or French, or accompanied by an official translation in English or French.
- Authenticate the original Canadian birth certificate, Canadian marriage certificate or Canadian diploma
- Letter of facilitation for police clearance
- Letter of facilitation for changing of nationality on Saudi Residency ID (Iqama)
- Letter of facilitation for transferring the Saudi visa information from the old to the new passport
- ‘No objection’ letter (in case of death)
Payment method
Notarial services can be paid by credit card. Only local VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted (Canadian credit cards not accepted).
