Trade Mission to India - Registration information
Conditions for Participation
To make the most of the mission to India, Canadian companies should have the expertise and capacity to provide needed services and/or goods in the specific fields outlined. All interested companies will be screened for suitability.
Companies must be able to demonstrate that the products and/or services you seek to promote through the mission will result in significant economic benefit for Canada (i.e. increased production in Canada, employment creation, technology transfer, increased research and development activity, etc.). Having a mailing address or being registered in Canada, and/or being listed on the Canadian stock exchange does not immediately qualify a company to participate in this trade mission.
If we are uncertain as to the economic benefit for Canada of the company's activities, supplemental information may be requested to assess the company's suitability for participation.
Exhibit space at the Canada-India Technology Summit: As space is limited, all requests for exhibit space will be assessed/reviewed by the event organizers.
Global Affairs Canada reserves the right to limit registration to those companies that meet the sector-based objectives of this mission.
Participant checklist

- Complete Payment Authorization Form.
- Travel booked?
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel arrangements, including all air and ground transportation, based on the business program. - Need to book a hotel?
Global Affairs Canada will block book a group of rooms in each city. Participants are responsible for covering the costs of their own accommodations.
If you wish to reserve a room through our block booking:
a. Indicate in the Accommodations portion of the online registration that you wish to reserve a room through our block booking.
b. Global Affairs Canada will send you hotel information and the block reservation code. - Questions?
