CUSMA: Eggs and Egg Products TRQ - Serial No. 1030

This Notice to Importers sets out the policies and practices pertaining to the administration of Canada’s tariff rate quota (TRQ) for eggs and egg products under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA).

This Notice is provided pursuant to the authority of the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA) and its corresponding regulations, and remains in effect until further notice.

Eggs and egg products means a product that is included in Items 135 to 139 on the Import Control List (ICL), namely eggs and egg products falling under tariff item Nos. 0407.11.91, 0407.21.10, 0407.90.11,  0408.11.10, 0408.19.10, 0408.91.10, 0409.99.10, 2106.90.51, 3502.11.10, and 3502.19.10 in the list of tariff provisions set out in the Schedule to the Customs Tariff.
