CPTPP: Milk Powders TRQ - Serial No. 976

This Notice replaces Notice to Importers No. 942 dated May 1, 2019 and sets out the policies and practices pertaining to the administration of Canada’s tariff rate quota (TRQ) for milk powders under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

This Notice is provided pursuant to the authority of the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA) and its corresponding regulations and remains in effect until further notice.

Milk powders means a product that is included in Item 119 and 120 of the Import Control List (ICL), namely milk powders falling under tariff item No. 0402.21.11 and 0402.29.11 in the list of tariff provisions set out in the Schedule to the Customs Tariff.
