March 20, 2023 - Initial Written Submission of the complaining Party (New Zealand)

April 21, 2023 - Initial Written Submission of the responding Party (Canada)

May 2, 2023 - Written Submission of any third Party

May 5, 2023 - Request of non-governmental entities in Canada and in New Zealand to submit written views

May 11, 2023 - Rebuttal submission of the complaining Party

May 24, 2023 - Submission of written views of any non-governmental entity, if request is granted by the panel (date to be set by the panel will be no later than May 24)

May 31, 2023 - Rebuttal submission of the responding Party

June 14-15, 2023 - Hearing (second day of the hearing only if necessary)

June 19, 2023 - Delivery to Parties of written questions, if any, from the Panel

June 26, 2023 - Submission of a disputing Party’s supplementary written submission responding to any matter that arose during the hearing, along with responses to written questions, if any, from the Panel

July 4, 2023 - Submission of a disputing Party’s comments on any supplementary written submission or any responses to written questions by another disputing Party

It is anticipated that the final report will be made public in September.
