The origin declaration referred to in Articles 16 and 17 of Annex C to this Agreement is set out below in its two linguistic versions.
English version
The exporter of the products covered by this document [customs authorization No ...]1 declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of Canada/EFTA preferential origin2.
French version
L'exportateur des produits couverts par le présent document [autorisation douanière n° ...]1 déclare que, sauf indication claire du contraire, ces produits ont l'origine préférentielle Canada/AELÉ.
