Through the Healthy Futures Project in Bangladesh, 18-year-old Bithi was chosen as a peer educator with Plan International Canada in 2016. She continues to work with the Strengthening Health Outcomes for Women and Children (SHOW) project. As a project leader, Bithi works with groups of 20 girls aged 14 to 19 and leads monthly discussions about girls’ rights, healthy relationships, family planning and child marriage.
