Tariff Rate Quota for Milk Protein Substances with a Milk Protein Content of 85% or more by Weight, Calculated on the Dry Matter - Deadline for Applications for the 2015-16 Allocation

The deadline to apply for an allocation under the tariff rate quota (TRQ) for milk protein substances (MPS) with a milk protein content of 85% or more by weight, calculated on the dry matter for 2015-2016 is March 7, 2015.

The Application Form is available in appendix to Notice to Importers No. 834 – Milk Protein Substances with a Milk Protein Content of 85% or more by Weight, Calculated on the Dry Matter, that do not Originate in a NAFTA Country, Chile, Costa Rica, or Israel (Item 125.2 on the Import Control List), which can be found on Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada’s website at the following address: Controlled Products - Agriculture - Dairy Products

Completed applications must be sent on or before the deadline of March 7, 2015 and can be sent by email, mail or courier.
