Milk, cream, or butter substitutes (other than preparations classified under tariff item No. 2106.90.31 or 2106.90.32 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the Schedule to the Customs Tariff) containing more than 15 per cent by weight of milk fat, but less than 50 per cent by weight of dairy content and suitable for use as butter substitutes, not elsewhere specified or included, that are classified under tariff item No. 2106.90.33 or 2106.90.34 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
