Cream, neither concentrated nor containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, of a fat content, by weight, exceeding 6 per cent, that is classified under tariff item No. 0401.40.10, 0401.40.20, 0401.50.10, or 0401.50.20, in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
